B00ze Review: Hogue Gewurtztraminer 2002
Sep. 1st, 2004 09:23 pmOh gosh. This is pleasant, with a really lovely apple/pear nose and a light and pleasant flavor, a little spicy and a little like very dry apple cider. It reminds me of something I haven't had since I was in Germany, the name of which I never remembered. It was also only 10 bucks, and should have been three times that.
Highly highly recommended. In fact, I'm going to go stock up in case there are more hot afternoons coming up. I hear we might have some, um, hot weather or something, and nice dry sippin' wine would be very welcome in that sort of thing.
