I can't believe that something like this could happen in the UK; 78% of the men who liked spotted dick being "uncomfortable" with the name. Like, WTF!

Reminds me of when the BBC tried to export Eastenders to the US and had to produce a small book of UK slang words so that watchers in the US wouldn't get confused by people saying things like "just a packet of fags" or similar.
