People are so ingenious.

My boyfriend in high school had the belt buckle knife, the one with a diagonal metal strip that pivots open. He flew with it, too.
Metal-edged playing cards, forsooth. "GAMBIT IS TEH L33T!!1!"

I thought that was Bullseye?
Or maybe "The bloody card"...
(at least I think it was the bloody card from DP)

Power overlap. Bullseye could throw anything and make it deadly, Gambit energized the things he threw and made them go BOOM when they hit--he just used playing cards a lot because it was K3WL[tm].

And they're really easy to get and conceal, and have the same profile every time, so he could learn to throw them really well. Imagine if he missed:
Gambit: Shit! Logan, duck! *boom!*
Wolverine: I'm gonna rip your head off, Cajun.

I've got that cane on pg 27-28. The handle broke off. It's not full-tang construction. Poot.
I used to have a penknife that was much cooler than any of the ones they showed there, but it vanished years ago.
In any case, now I know what to ask for for presents! Thanks, FBI!
