Anyway, as I get older I've had to adopt new patterns in my attempts to get a full night sleep. They might or might not be useful to you.
* Nothing to drink after 8pm - this includes water. My caffiene tolerance is high enough that coffee after dinner is still okay, at least for now. * Reading books that are interesting, but dry, while lounging in bed before going to sleep. Nothing that makes my mind spin with ideas while the lights are out. * Oh yeah, and my bedtime is now between 9-10pm. *sigh*
oh, and flannel sheets are great in the winter - but everyone knew that already.
I woke up at 4, went pee, snuggled Fred, fell back asleep. I wikeup at 8, to a pestering Fred. Fed fred, went back to sleep. Alarm went off at 8:20 AM, fell asleep while radio played, woke up to phone at 9:20.
