I have a pound of tasty tasty goat cheddar. I picked it up this morning.

Man, this is SERIOUSLY tasty.

Highly recommended. Yum.

That sounds extremely interesting... However, I still have a hard time getting over the "hey, that cheese is green"

I got over the weirdness of eating raw fish, so I'll not say "never"

The rind is green, and you cut it off, and then it's just white hard cheese.
