I have a pound of
tasty tasty goat cheddar
. I picked it up this morning.
Man, this is SERIOUSLY tasty.
Highly recommended. Yum.

Did you get that at Trader Joe's?? I think they had it advertised in their last flyer and I wanted to try it out.
Tell me what it tastes like... is it standard cheddar in its texture and taste??

That sounds extremely interesting... However, I still have a hard time getting over the "hey, that cheese is green"

The rind is green, and you cut it off, and then it's just white hard cheese.
