1) The kid on the left in that picture, with the beige-plaid pants? I had those pants. I bought them at this place called Pillar's in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles for $12, I think, with the intention of turning them into a funky pair of shorts. They never made it. I wore the hideous things until the knees wore out because they made me laugh; by that time, the seat was so worn that it ripped too.
2) I was always more of an Andrew Fletcher girl myself, but I think Adam Wilder had the brains.
