Verry nice, verry nice. I like. It's the sort of photo one sees in frames on desks or stuff - the sort that one looks at and is pleased by. Very nice esthetically as well as conveying a sense of you-ness.

Is that the rock wall by Higgins House?

Really great photo, not just because you look good in it, but because it's such a pleasant mood... it looks like you're wearing a wool jacket... stone wall, sunlight, shadows, trees, casual but awake... conveys something very specific that I can't quite verbalize.

very nice.

Oh, good eye! I don't think anyone else mentioned where it was. 8)

And yeah, that's my wool jacket I wear all over the place. I don't know if I've seen you recently enough that you've seen it, but it's the one with butt-pockets...

But, yeah, it was a nice day and everything. 8)

I noticed this in the texture. The entire photo has a soft "fuzziness" to it that is emphasized by the texture in the fabric. Aw...

Wow, I guess some of that art history stuff is still kicking around in my brain.

Yeah well, not only does it look like it should be in a frame, but I think it should be the picture that automatically comes in the frame when you buy the actual frame at Target or something.

I always wonder who those people in the pictures are.

Heh.. nice photo. Should keep hold of that, most of us mortals who aren't famous don't come out that well in most photos. ;-)

Yeah, I have a couple of prints. I'm going to give one to my parents, and I'm not sure about the other. Probably hang it on the wall or let [livejournal.com profile] jehanna take it to work or something if she ever gets a job with a desk... 8)

A clear breach of geek-etiquette. It's illegal to be IT-smart and photogenic. You know the rules.

Great photo.

I always like a picture that gets a good angle with the eyes and the glasses. It's tricky, sometimes, and subtle. But when you get it right, it really works.
