more progress
Oct. 13th, 2003 06:58 pmI have strange layers of muscle growing between the (very crampy-feeling) little finger and ring finger of my left hand, up on the back of my hand where the bone is. On my right hand, I can kinda work my fingertips in between the bones and waggle it a bit. On the left, I can't any more. Hm.

Date: 2003-10-15 07:22 am (UTC)One really good exercise is to keep squeezing a squash ball with your left hand. Just keep doing it whenever you're bore at work etc. i promise, after a few weeks you'll be crushing golf balls to powder like a stereotypical Bond movie henchman.

And I have some of this stuff kicking around. I already have a pretty good grip-- it's just the little finger that gets kind of cramped up after a lot of fingering exercises...
