Killing Joke

Okay, new Killing Joke album, entitled, cleverly enough, Killing Joke.

Yeah, wow. This is what Killing Joke is about. Right. Jaz Coleman is a madman, and it's great to hear him turning his throat into a handful of raw hamburger again. Sure, he's a loon, and his lyrics are overwrought and occasionally melodramatic, but, damn. I challenge you to listen to even the very silly "Asteroid" and not feel the urge to mosh.

I hope they hit Boston again...

A friend of mine in Denmark is super into Killing Joke. He's friends with them, too. Anyways, the Danish word for chicken is "kylling", so I kept teasing him and calling them Kylling Joke. *grins*
