I've been watching him do these photo experiment things-- he did "take a picture of where you are," and did futurephone-movies, and stuff like that. It's really interesting and enlightening to see all these people all over the place-- it's like when you first meet somebody you've only communicated with online and finally have a voice and a face and so on. Little pieces of the rest of the world filter in through the screen and become more real.

That's actually the second floor, although, yes, it does have a very basement-like atmosphere. Moreso since I moved to the cubicle without a window in order to placate She Who Whines Until She Is Obeyed.

I was slogging through it a few minutes ago and thought: "hey that looks like Mark Argent. Hey it is Mark."

Kinda of neat to see that even when somoen has moved out of your small circle of life, they are still involved in many ways.
