2001 Jacob's Creek Shiraz
Aug. 16th, 2003 09:03 pmAvid fans may recall my previous posting about the 2000 Jacob's Creek Shiraz.
This evening we partook of a bottle of Jacob's Creek 2001 Shiraz. Wine Spectator gives this an 86, as opposed to the 88 they awarded the 2000. Two points difference, in this case, means a really good 8-dollar bottle of wine rather than a really good 9-dollar bottle of wine. Either way, I'm quite happy, and Jacob's Creek remains a good reliable label.
