I have found two really good Mexican places, one in Boston and one in Marlboro. Nothing in Worcester, of course, although the Acapulco has been replaced by Tortilla Sam's, which is at least less likely to make you sick.
Mexican food out here is a totally different concept than back east. (Out here is San Diego.) I like cheap mexican food, but I eat it all the time, because it is the cheapest filling food around. If I recall I saw tortillas in cans once in Boston, that was weird.
