"I'm putting you on the Game Grid."
Sep. 7th, 2003 01:43 pmTron 2.0 is a TOTAL wish-fulfillment game. Wow, I'm having a blast with this. It glows! I can run around! I can walk up to guys (and girls) in tight suits with glowy lines all over and be hailed with "Greetings, program!" It's like being ten years old again, except I get to do all that stuff I wanted to do. Yeah!
Plus they got Bruce Boxleitner to do the voice of Alan Bradley again, reprising his role from the movie. For that matter, all the voice acting is quite good. The graphics glooooow. I have hefty hardware, and Tron 2.0 takes advantage of it.
Light cycle racing is really hard. Man.
But, wow. Tron 2.0. It's SO PRETTY! And it's full of little references to the first movie. "Oh, did I mention the tanks?"
Now, for my life to be complete, they just have to let me drive one of those tanks. Yeah.
