A country with growing energy demands, a method for fulfilling some of those demands in a way that holds some serious environmental risks, safety procedures not followed, safety devices not installed correctly or at all, an accident leading to vast areas no longer usable for food production, massive environmental damage, and potential global contamination, and now they're just gonna seal it up in concrete and hope that holds it?
