Dec. 8th, 2009 09:18 amOne of the more convenient side-effects of owning a jeweler's loupe and a set of watchmaking tweezers turns out to be that when I get one of those little tiny splinters that you can hardly see and can't grip enough to get out with your fingernails or with, say, Swiss Army Knife tweezers, it is very easy to sit down at the bench, pop on a 5x lens and pick up the #5 tweezers and remove it.
This has become even more convenient as I've been hauling in more firewood to heat the house.
