Here it is, the S-5 K-12G tube amp kit in its enclosure.
Overall, not a bad kit. The one caveat is that it's VERY tight in the case. It looks like they designed it with smaller transformers in mind (including hand-drilling new holes for the new larger ones) and so the tabs are actually under the main circuit board and there's very little clearance for installing the board with the transformers in the case. It does just barely fit, but it's pretty close.
The tubes light up and glow, and the top of the case gets pretty warm. You wouldn't want to put anything on top there...
I'm using it with a couple of Alesis Monitor One speakers, which sound good and can be driven pretty hard.
