Like I said in [livejournal.com profile] jwz earlier - Moe's is across the street, and Taco Bell/KFC is across the other street. So the area isn't in danger of a burrito shortage. :-)

Yeaaah, I've had something like that, except it was more a pot pie thing-- like, put down a layer of the shredded beef (TVP, in my case), beans, cheese, and stuff, cover it with a thick layer of cornbread batter, and bake. It was GREAT.
