There's nothing quite as satisfying as assembling a reasonably high-quality piece of equipment out of parts other people have discarded.

Hooray this stereo. 8) I need to poke the CD player until it stays open when opened and doesn't require super reflexes to use, but it all works. Yay.

(Important bits came from audiogeek. I found those KLH Model 32's a home... Did they come from a garage sale, or were they a trash find?)
