Well, it's a mostly handmade limited-edition Swiss watch with a flying tourbillon, finished in exotic materials ranging from 18k gold to carbon fiber. Just moving from a standard fixed escapement to a tourbillon basically doubles the complexity of the watch. The exhibition back, in this case, is just gravy on top of an already absurdly rich and tasty dinner. Shoot, the mahogany presentation box alone probably costs significantly more than the goofy Japanese art watch I'm wearing right now.
So, basically, if you have to ask, you don't want to know. Certainly more than my car. Probably more than your car. Possibly as much as your house.
Oh, and here's another with an even more complex tourbillon design and some bonus complications. It has less of a clean high-tech look, but it's an astonishing piece of engineering. Pity the date pointer(s) on that one is (are) so kludgey.
