Ableton Live, again.
Jan. 28th, 2005 11:04 amI am Trance Master of New England.
Phear my mighty filter sweeps.
I have never used software that encapsulates the feeling of jamming so well. Play in some notes, edit, loop, drop into the arrangement, and go. I am in awe.
I'm also using all software instruments, all of which were free. I especially like that Live will use both VST and AU plugins natively, so I don't have to run VST plugins through the adaptor wrapper thing.
I can see the "map all notes to this grid" MIDI plugin getting ridiculously abused, though. yes indeed. Hello arpeggiations! How I've missed you!
