I wanna make cheese! CHEESY CHEESE! With lots of goodness.
What in the world is in that kit anyways?

Cheesy cheese? That'd be
Velveeta

The kit I have came with vegetable-based rennet, stuff to make store-bought milk work better, directions, and a bunch of other stuff. It's at www.leeners.com...

How'd it taste? We did the microwave version and it was mighty tasty. Oh yes it was.
Save some of the whey for storing the cheese...ours dried out way fast.

Pretty good-- in fact, I had some on a bagel for breakfast and I'm having some for post-lunch snacking.
It's not particularly strong-flavored, but definitely mozzerella-y.
And I don't think mine's going to get a chance to dry out. 8)
