Lovely and rich, starting a little dry and growing on us.

Went very very well with the cheese we had, the name of which, unfortunately, has escaped me, as I absently destroyed the box in which it was delivered. It was, however, French, as is this wine.

It's a 70% Grenache/30% Syrah blend. Very tasty. Recommended.

A little round box! With FRENCH WORDS on it.

That means it's GOOD. And FRENCH.

Mmm, grenache. Grenache wines in general tend to be on the rich, lush side. They're becoming more available in this country but are still affordable.
