Oh yeah. Reason magazine was just talking about this. It kinda slipped under the radar when they first started publishing it.
The interesting thing about this newsletter is that it used to be only sent out to a few select scientist involved with law enforcement. Any articles published in the newsletter couldn't be openly discussed or referenced directly in articles for other publications.
