Date: 2004-08-12 11:53 am (UTC)I remember one popular childhood gross-out what when my brother would remove his eye and show off his socket, all pink and juicy and filled with little yellow-walled vessels. Sometimes I'd be actuallya little jealous that I couldn't do that, too.
Unlike most of your readership, I"m acutally going to thank you for posting this. I'm expecting to spend some time looking at these as part of the ongoing emotional healing process.
