muscle relaxants and jaaaaaamming.
Feb. 1st, 2004 12:47 amYeah, whoo.
This is kind of like being drunk, or very very tired, except that I don't have the "whee, I'm all over the place" of drunkenness, and I'm not as fadey as I get when I'm tired. I sure don't feel like actually moving, though. At all. Even though if I got up, it would be just to go in the other room and go to bed. I just feel like... not moving.
One possible side effect is "discolored urine." While that may bother some people, my first thought on reading that was "Cool!"
Jamming tonight was good. Better than I was afraid it would be, certainly, although not as good as I'd hoped. Partly that's because I was spacy and out of it most of the time. Plus, the guy whose idea it was hasn't done any playing out with other people before-- the transition from bedroom computer studio to actual band is a tough one, and requires a major shifting in the way you think about things. He's a good composer, though, and if he can figure out how to arrange his sequenced stuff so we can play around it, it'll be good.
More on that as it comes together.
Now I think I'm going to crash, assuming I can make it into the other room.
z_gryphon, you were right. I _can_ move, I just don't want to...
